Fabrication
STP&I has the capability to fabricate Large Built-Up Structural Steel Beams for high-rise buildings, bridges and other resembling structures with the total capacity of 50,000 tons of Structural Steel per annum and 1,000,000 dia-inch of Piping per annum.
In addition, we utilize the full range of both manual and automatic welding processes for various kinds of materials in our workshops.
Each workshop is suitably equipped with cranes, CNC Cutting and Welding machine, Press machine, automatic Blasting machine and other tools necessary to undertake the variety and complexity of fabricated products to ensure the efficiency of fabrication processes and cost effective.

- Scheduling by Microsoft Project or Primavera Software
- Blasting by automatic 10 wheels blast machine according to client specification
- Painting in accordance with project specification
